Do I need experience?

No. We hire on the test, not the CV. If you've done sales, support, or a lot of texting in English, you'll probably feel at home — but plenty of our best chatters started from zero with our training.

Is this actually adult-industry work?

Yes. You'll be chatting with fans of adult content creators, and conversations are often flirty or explicit. You never appear on camera and your identity is never shown, but you should be comfortable with the subject matter before applying.

How and when do I get paid?

Bi-weekly, as an independent contractor, via Payoneer, Wise or crypto — whatever works best for you. Pay is base plus commission on the sales you close; full numbers are shared before your trial shift.

What are the shifts like?

Fans are mostly in US time zones, so evening and night shifts (Serbian time) are the busiest and best-earning. We build schedules in fixed shifts and agree on yours before you start.
